Miranda de Ebro
Hydro acquired the building systems group Alumafel in July 2008, and the company's main production site – known as Intebay – is located in Miranda de Ebro.
The city is situated in northern Spain, in the province of Burgos. The Miranda site has two extrusion presses, painting activities, and a fully automated buffer which serves as a central warehouse and local distribution center – one of the Alumafel brand's 12 distribution centers in Spain. More than 250 people are employed at the plant.
