Hydro's aluminium remelting facility in Commerce started operations at the end of 2002. The Texas plant features state-of-the-art technology which converts scrap metal into top-quality extrusion-grade billet. The Commerce facility yields over 90,000 metric tonnes of products annually.

How to get there
From Dallas Ft. Worth-Airport: Take Airport Exit North, stay in northbound lane, take exit for 635 East, continue on 635. This will also show as 635 South. About 20 miles, exit on to IH-30 East (exit 8B) toward Texarkana, stay on IH-30 East, about 60 miles take Exit #101 Hwy 50 North to Commerce, about 8 miles at loop 178 (first traffic light) turn right, you will come to two more traffic lights – at the second light which is FM 3218 turn right, Hydro is located about 3/4 mile on the left side.
