One-piece welded tube manifolds, incorporating a brazed clad layer, offer excellent joint formation in a controlled atmosphere brazing process.
Hydro has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing automotive heat exchanger tubing, and the company is using this competence in HVACR, where the transfer from copper tube/aluminium fin heat exchangers to all-aluminium heat exchangers is underway.
Hydro manufactures one-piece welded tube manifolds in Workington, UK, and Hannover, Germany. Both facilities offer top-level service and product and process quality according to ISO/TS 16949 certification standards.
