How to subscribe
The subscription rights will be registered on each existing shareholder's account in the VPS. Subscriptions for new shares must be made by submitting a correctly completed subscription form to DnB NOR during the subscription period by fax or mail. Norwegian citizens may subscribe online via this link from June 25, 2010.
Existing shareholders will receive subscription forms that include information about the number of subscription rights allocated to the existing shareholder and certain other matters relating to the shareholding.
If wanting to purchase or sell subscription rights be aware that the trading period for subscription rights ends July 6, 2010, at 17:30 (Oslo time), three days prior to the end of the subscription period.
The payment date for the new shares is July 15, 2010. The new shares will be delivered through the facilities of the VPS. Trading in the new shares on Oslo Børs is expected to commence on or about July 19, 2010.
