Here are the requirements for trainee program candidates.
Trainee candidates must have a master’s degree (or equivalent), strong academic results, fluency in English, and a maximum of two years’ work experience.
International experience, such as exchange studies or internships, and a willingness to work abroad are desirable, as is the belief that you think interesting and challenging tasks are the most important part of a job. Your extracurricular activities will say a lot about who you are.
