Why Hydro
Our trainee program offers you a wide range of experiences and a world of possibilities beyond.
The successful candidates will receive an individual training program lasting 15 months. The program features on-the-job training as well as a host of skills and knowledge important for working in an international company.
Participants will experience three different rotations in Hydro, with the possibility of working internationally, as well as common seminars with the entire trainee group.
This variety of assignments will give you the possibility to experience a lot in short time, and will provide you with a unique opportunity to get to know Hydro from different perspectives. You will receive follow-up and an evaluation after each rotation.

Life after the program
