In both business areas, engineering resources are needed in research and development and to constantly improve manufacturing processes. The aim is often to improve our environmental standards, regarding both air and water emissions and working conditions. At Hydro, we employ engineers with degrees in metallurgy, physics and mechanics, production technology and construction technology.
Closer to our customers
We want to be an attractive partner to our customers. Sales and marketing competence is crucial in order to attract, retain and develop new customers and improve existing customer relations. And of course, Hydro employs many with degrees in economics and business administration, including accounting, control, procurement and logistics, strategy and business development, as well as experts in the fields of health, environment and safety, human resources and communication.
