In our rolling mills, we produce strip and sheet for heat exchangers which overcome every challenge with ease. Whether clad or unclad, plain or coated material, our product portfolio is designed for use in a wide variety of heat exchanger applications for passenger and commercial motor vehicles. We deliver:

  • Clad tube stock for radiators, charge air coolers and heaters
  • Clad fins for condensors
  • Clad tube plates for evaporators and oil coolers
  • Clad header plates and side plates for various types of heat exchangers
  • Unclad fins for radiators, charge air coolers, heaters, condensors, evaporators and oil coolers

Our product area team is keen on developing the potential of aluminium for durable, high-quality products for automotive applications. Our goal is to generate sustainable and environmentally compatible concepts that provide customers with cost-effective solutions and a maximum amount of standardization.

In cooperation with our customers, we develop specially adapted alloys and optimized production techniques to fit the manufacturing processes for heat exchangers. Top service from our sales and engineering team is the prime objective.

In mechanically joined heat exchangers, high formability is essential to the trouble-free production of collar fins. We supply unclad materials like EN AW-1050, EN AW-1100, EN AW-1200, EN-AW 8006 or EN AW-8079, the production of which is tailored to meet this highly exacting requirement in fin forming.

Irrespective of the alloy or joining technique employed, constant attention to product quality within tightly specified limits is always our key focus. This guarantees high process reproducibility, durable products and full benefit of the lightweight construction potential of aluminium.
