Hydro’s High Purity plants supply proprietary aluminium products as input material for a wide range of technical applications.
Key features
- Hydro offers high purity aluminium ingots (square and round), bars, rods, strips, sheets, plates all of 4N to 6N purity basis in tailor made batches of 10 to 500 kg per cast.
- We use the 3-layer electrolysis as well as the segregation (fractional crystallisation) technology to refine aluminium.
- By combining these two technologies we can reach the desired characteristics of the high purity aluminium required by the market.
