We have all the resources required to deliver extrusions of exactly the right design, shape and size for our customers finished product. The use of aluminium extrusions reduces the number of components and simplifies assembly and individual component connections.

An attractive finish and good thermal conductivity are just two of the arguments for using aluminium in these products. It is possible at the design stage to construct an extrusion that minimizes the need for further work and makes fitting and assembly more efficient.
Because of its ductility, aluminium is highly suitable for all types of fabrication. The bulk of the extrusions we deliver go through some form of fabrication and some kind of surface treatment.
Our fabrication program, using in-house or outside resources, includes:
- Machining, cutting, de-burring, drilling, turning, milling and tapping
- Joining methods such as welding, adhesive bonding, bolting, riveting
- Plastic forming and bending
