IAESTE

The International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience (IAESTE) aims at providing students in higher education with technical experience relevant to their studies as well as offering employers well-qualified and motivated interns. It is also an ambition to be a source of cultural enrichment for both the interns and their host communities.

Hydro has been a partner with IAESTE in Norway for several years and is every year receiving a number of interns through them. This cooperation both provides Hydro with well qualified interns from many different nations, and gives technical students a possibility to get relevant international work experience.
