In recent years, Enova and Hydro have worked closely together to develop exciting technology to reduce energy consumption in production processes.
"When Hydro expands so quickly that it suddenly has at least as many employees in Brazil as in Norway, we employee representatives obviously have a big job to do - on several levels," says Sten Roar Martinsen.
Norway's first and the world's northernmost energy-positive commercial building is rising up from Brattørkaia in Trondheim. The architect for the building is Snøhetta, the internationally renowned architectural firm.
"It is one thing to comply with the environmental requirements set by national governments and international conventions. It is much more demanding to have as a goal that the extraction of raw materials should not cause any damage to nature."
