Agreement to sell Flexible Packaging signed
(Dec. 20, 2002) Norsk Hydro ASA and Alcan Inc. signed on Friday the definitive documentation regarding the sale of the former VAW Flexible Packaging, after completing consultations with the representative employee bodies.
The transaction to Alcan Inc. will be subject to clearance by European competition authorities.
