New head of Hydro Aluminium Metal Products
(Jan. 16, 2004) Arvid Moss has been appointed president for the Metal Products business sector in Hydro Aluminium.

Moss, who currently serves as head of Strategy & Business Development for Hydro Aluminium, will start in his new position on 1 February, replacing Svein Richard Brandtzæg who has become head of Hydro Aluminium Rolled Products.
Moss will continue as a member of Hydro Aluminium's management team and report to business area president Jon-Harald Nilsen.
Prior to taking over as head of Hydro Aluminium's Strategy & Business Development staff in 2001, Moss led the Automotive Structures division. He has also worked for Hydro's Extrusion business.
Metal Products is "an exciting business right at the heart" of Hydro Aluminium's value chain, says Moss.
"The sector has shown very positive development over the past few years, so part of my job will be to keep pushing forward the good improvement work while further developing our commercial concepts and strategic roadmap," he says.
