Board agrees on CEO compensation
(July 25, 2005) The Board of Directors has agreed a base salary for 2005 for the President and Chief Executive Officer of NOK 4,450,000.
The 2004 salary was NOK 4,330,000.
Further, the Board has agreed that the total bonus awarded to the CEO for 2004 will be NOK 1,500,000.
