New corporate assembly members proposed
(March 24, 2006) Hydro's nomination committee has submitted a proposal to the Annual General Meeting, set for Tuesday 9 May, recommending that Anne-Margrethe Firing and Terje Venold be appointed as the new employee representatives to Hydros corporate assembly.
Both are currently deputy members of the corporate assembly.
Astrid Sylvi Lem and Sigurd Støren are not standing for re-election to the corporate assembly at the end of the current period.
As new deputy members, the nomination committee proposes Unni Steinsmo, head of SINTEF, and Gunvor Ulstein, head of the Ulstein Group.
A proposal has also been submitted recommending the re-election of the remaining members and deputy members of the corporate assembly.
