Corporate Assembly recommends Hydro split
(March 29, 2007) Hydro's Corporate Assembly recommended today the company's General Assembly to approve the plan to demerge Norsk Hydro ASA as part of the merger of Hydro's petroleum activities with Statoil.
The Corporate Assembly referred to the Board of Directors’ report about the merger and adopted its assessment.
