Inger Sethov new head of Hydro's Media Relations

(March 27, 2007) Inger Sethov (36) has been appointed head of the Media Relations functional area within Communication in Hydro. She succeeds Tor Steinum, who will work on corporate communication-related projects until his retirement later this year.

Sethov will report to Executive Vice President Cecilie Ditlev-Simonsen and be a member of the Communication Management team.

She will be responsible for relations with Norwegian and international media, in close cooperation with corporate functions and business areas.

Sethov joined Hydro in 2005 following several years as a journalist with the international news agencies Reuters and Dow Jones. She has studied journalism and communication at City University of London and at California State University in the United States.
