Under the agreement governing the merger of Hydro’s oil and gas activities with Statoil from October 1 this year, the merged company was to create “a new name and a new logo” in spring 2008.
Hydro has agreed to extend the timetable by one year to accommodate StatoilHydro’s wish for more time.
