Improved with inner grooves
Hygroove is an aluminium tube for high-fin density applications for condensers and evaporators. The inner grooves are optimized to improve heat transfer, offering higher efficiency by more compact design. Different Hygroove designs (radial and helical) satisfy the specific regional requirements and refrigerants in use.
The internally enhanced aluminium tube has performance equal to helical enhanced copper tube in traditional heat exchanger units, but with less cost. It is lighter than copper and offers high-quality surface finish. A drop-in aluminium alternative, Hygroove is available with straight grooves or helical grooves, tailored to meet the production processes of customers. Helical grooves help distribute the refrigerant around the inside perimeter.
