Extrusion

Extrusion involves pressing a preheated aluminium ingot under high pressure through a die the opening of which corresponds to the cross-section of the extrusion.

Sapa can offer a wide range of fabrication and finishing services to turn your component into a finished product.

Surface treatment

In its natural state, Aluminium has a clean and attractive surface with good corrosion resistance. There are also a number of surface treatments that improve resistance to corrosion and mechanical wear.
