We have introduced referencing and tool setting probes to improve the machining accuracy of our extrusions.

It enables us to measure tool length and diameter changes due to wear and programme automatic referencing of extruded surfaces to produce consistent dimensions  such as depths, positions and sizes of features in line with our customer requirements ensuring we meet your quality expectations.

We have also introduced a Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for first off sample checks, ISIR (initial sample inspection reports) and PPAP (production part approval process) reporting.
