In Mexico, Hydro is present with aluminium extrusion and precision tubing operations

Hydro’s aluminium precision tubing facility is located in Reynosa. The plant is the second – and most recent – greenfield site that Hydro has built in the 21st century (the first was opened in 2005 in Suzhou, China). Hydro began operations in Reynosa in the second half of 2006.

The plant produces and delivers aluminium drawn tubing and tubular profiles primarily for automotive applications.
