What are the performance gains from all-aluminium heat exchangers, both mechanically expanded and brazed?

Using aluminium microchannels as tube material, however, offers performance increases of up to 30 percent due to the geometrical characteristics of these tubes. Further, the ratio between inner volumes and outer surfaces of the microchannel tubes also opens for heat exchanger designs with smaller amounts of refrigerants.
