All tubing in an HVACR unit can be replaced with aluminium tubes. The connection of aluminium tube to aluminium tube can be done with torch brazing. Where mechanical connections are needed, more brands are available.

Tubes are default coiled and ready to be used in-line at the assembly line. Tubes can also be delivered cut to length, bent and end formed after application drawing. If needed, the aluminium tubes can be supplied with polyamide coating. Visit the Hycot page for PA-12 coated tubes.
