Depending on requirements, shape dimensions and manufacturing, we normally “chipless” cut our aluminium tubes and products. Our equipment enables straightening, cutting and inspection processes to be done in a combined operation - to very tight tolerances.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of our HVACR-dedicated products:

• Micro-channel tubes that are cut to length according to heat exchanger design and customer demand,
• Round tubes that are cut to length according to design requirements for mechanically expanded heat exchangers for hair pins,
• Manifolds that are cut to length according to customer or heat exchanger specifications.
