Optimum performance with all-aluminium brazed heat exchanger

Using a drop-in aluminium tube in a mechanically expanded tube and fin heat exchanger will enable performance that is fully comparable with a traditional copper tube/aluminium fin heat exchanger. Moreover, there is a huge potential for higher performance by using brazed heat exchangers, because of the increased media contact areas. At an equal level of performance, the brazed heat exchanger is downsized up to two-thirds of the fin/tube heat exchanger. Hence, the heat-exchange efficiency is hugely improved for a given brazed heat exchanger.
