University of California confirms high efficiency of MPE absorber
Associate Professor Gerardo Diaz at the University of California has built an MPE absorber and measured its performance. Compared to a copper round-tube flat collector absorber, it raised the storage tank temperature more than the conventional absorber design.
The paper will be presented at the Proceedings of the ASME 2013 Summer Heat Transfer Conference, taking place in Minneapolis, USA, 14-19 July.
