Hydro and Carbon Motors collaborated on design work for the new Carbon E7 law enforcement vehicle to identify and develop innovative ways to use extruded aluminum in the car’s frame and critical structural elements. In partnership with Gossamer Space Frames, Hydro supplied over 7 million pounds of extruded tubing and connectors (a truckload a day for over 7 months) for the development of Nevada Solar One, the world’s third largest renewable solar energy plant. Together, Hydro and SylvanSport engineers worked from early in the concept phase through to final design and delivery, fine-tuning plans and manufacturing processes, to come up with this versatile and light-weight vehicle/camper/trailer. Tent framing system: Hydro provided three assembled solutions for the tent frame including a hub assembly, leg assembly, and scissor poles. Hydro manufactures 7 components for the Life Fitness treadmill including a control panel, side frames, frame covers and an upright. All components must withstand the rigors of use, support up to 500 pounds, and allow a user a smooth, safe, and wobble-free exercise session. Tick box to start slideshow
