Hydro Aluminum North America provides comprehensive outsourcing services through Program Management. We want to become your one-stop-shop for process design, manufacturing support, and delivery of your custom assembly.

Program Management begins with the development of a production team. Then our engineering managers partner with you to formulate a detailed action plan, outlining activities necessary to the successful completion of your project. All involved work together to ensure that the final product design is as simple as possible for cost-effective production.

Part of the program includes quick-turnaround prototyping, testing and approval stages. The Program Management team collaborates on the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) as well as Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). We work on all aspects of process development as well as sourcing of components such as aluminum sheet and specialty hardware. We may even engineer innovative manufacturing methods to make better use of materials and resources. What’s more, if you need warehousing, we offer options that allow you to meet your business cycle and scheduling needs, shipping parts on a Just-In-Time basis.
