Hydro Aluminum North America offers a complete range of finishing options for your aluminum extruded components.
Finishes include polyester and acrylic enamel, epoxy, polyester and T.G.I.C. powder, as well as waterborne enamels in a variety of custom colors and textures. Complex finishes such as two-tone painting, textured, and skid-resistant paints are available as well as chrome phosphate pre-treatment and masking. And all options meet or exceed AAMA Standards 2603, 2604 or 2605.
Some of our finishing processes are completed in-house. Others are coordinated through cooperative arrangements with long-term partners. Either way, we provide top quality buffed, anodized, and painted finishes in a variety of colors.
To supplement our finishing services, we can design custom packaging solutions to make sure your product arrives safe, undamaged and ready to assemble. Taping, bundling, and labeling are but a few options that can be customized.
