Anodizing is an electrochemical process that creates a significantly thicker layer of oxide on aluminum than occurs naturally. It preserves the natural luster, texture, and beauty of the extruded aluminum while providing corrosion resistance, durability, color stability, easy maintenance, attractive appearance, and lower finishing and maintenance costs.
We have over 50 years of experience and are experts in anodizing extrusions of various sizes and lengths, as well as fabricated and assembled components. We offer standard and clear "no-burn" anodizing, suitable for welding, in clear (satin), bronze shades, and black finish, and in a wide variety of colors (organic/inorganic dystuffs or electrolytical).
Whether in-house or at one of our partner locations, we ensure that the anodizing and all pre- and post-anodizing processes (pre-treatment, rinsing, desmutting, coloring, and sealing) conform to the strictest quality control standards. We conduct frequent quality assurance testing to ensure that the strict Aluminum Association specifications for coating thickness, coating weight, gloss, abrasion resistance, seal quality, and acid dissolution are consistently achieved.
With its aesthetic and corrosion protection properties, anodized is suitable for an endless list of product applications; automobile components, sports equipment, marine products, office furniture, storefronts, building facades, electronics, food displays, medical products, etc.
