North Liberty offers complete, turn-key  aluminum extrusion solutions. With 250 plus employees and total footage of approximately 215,000 square feet, this facility offers advanced extrusion, fabrication, and finishing services for various transportation, industrial, electrical, and electronic markets.

North Liberty's three extrusion presses can accommodate nearly every extruded shape requirement. Its fabrication capabilities include rotary bending, cut-to-length miter cuts, drilling, milling, punching, as well as light assembly and CNC fabrication. Anodizing is done in-house and includes full-water quenching for heavy 6061 T1 shapes. Painting services are available through long-standing partnering arrangements.
