With approximately 400 employees, two plants covering 365,000 sq. ft. form a fully integrated aluminum extrusion, drawn tube and fabrication facility.

The Phoenix facility has four extrusion presses, ranging in size from 7" to 10" that extrude a variety of alloys, and a Turla automated handling system, the first of its kind in the United States.

The Tube Mill has 6 draw benches that utilize automated drawing, handling and straightening equipment to produce aluminum drawn tube in a variety of alloys, tempers, and dimensional requirements. The fabrication department operates punch presses, CNC vertical machining centers, and vibro deburring.

The casting plant here employs state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the highest quality product. Metal uniformity and cleanliness are tightly controlled through a unique homogenization process. And our quality control processes ensure that laboratory testing, product handling and delivery requirements are satisfied.
