The Sidney facility employs manufacturing cells for the bulk of its production and offers various levels of engineering assistance, among other services.

Fabrication capabilities include CNC bending, machining & routing, Tig & Mig welding as well as drilling, milling, punching, etc. Its manufacturing capabilities include robotic welding, light assembly, and assembly of complex multi-step structures. Painting and anodizing services are available through long-standing partnering arrangements.

The 106,000 sq. ft. truck fabrication building, which came on-line in 2000, further establishes Sidney as a key fabrication and manufacturing supplier for the transportation industry.
