The e-portal is organized into four service areas: Orders and Contracts, Technical Support, Commercial and Financial Services, and General Functions.

Orders and Contracts

Much more than an electronic order form, the e-portal can help you create the right order at the right price and allow you to track your order as it moves through our system.  You can access online information about:

All information is customized and personalized. Access is restricted by security-controlled username and password log-in.

Technical Support

This section of the e-portal provides you with information on technical specifications, data sheets and other materials useful in optimizing product and process quality. Supplemental technical information is also provided, such as:

·  Frequently asked questions (FAQ) - view a list of technical questions and answers from your industry
·  Laboratory research - benefit from our technical expertise and modern R&D facilities
·  Technical visits – make appointments with us for technical discussions or joint product development work.

Some of our tools are interactive - by entering the relevant information, you will receive an immediate online response. Or, you can fill in a form, allow us to carry out further calculations, and then provide you with a final report through the e-portal later on.

Commercial and Financial Services

Established to support the order process, this part of e-portal includes a number of advanced tools to assist you in pricing and risk control.
