Frew comes to North America after serving three years as the Managing Director at one of Hydro's most successful European remelters, the Clervaux plant in Luxembourg. Prior to this position, Frew was Financial Manager for the Hydro Remelt Operation in Germany

Frew is a graduate of the University of Tampere in Finland, where she earned her Masters of Science Degree in Business Administration.
