Frederic RouyerNamed Head of Sales & Marketing
Frederic Rouyer has been named to head Sales and Marketing for Metal Products North America.  Rouyer moved to North America in 2001 to lead the highly successful startup of Hydro’s Commerce,Texas remelt facility. Previously, he held operations management positions at Hydro Metal Products facilities in Europe. Rouyer brings to his new position extensive knowledge of aluminum production and a solid understanding of both North American and global metals markets.  He will now be responsible for the overall commercial development of Hydro’s North American Metal Products activities.

Jim Walters Named VP Sales & Marketing, West and Southwest
Jim Walters has been named VPSales & Marketing for the West and Southwest regions. Previously,Walters headed Metal Products’US Sales and Marketing. He has held leadership positions with Hydro’sNorth American metals operations for over 7 years and brings valuable experience to his assignment.  In his new position he will have a major role in driving Metal Products ’Western commercial program and strategy.  He will report to Rouyer.

In making the announcements, Ketil Heggestad, head of Metal Products North America noted: "Over the past several years, we have built the leading extrusion billet operation in North America.  Jim and Frederic have played key roles in that development. With these moves, we further strengthen our abilitiesto develop both additional business opportunities and further services for our customers."
