The DJSI is regarded by many as the world's most important sustainability index and is an important guide for investors and other stakeholders for assessing companies' non-financial performances.
Hydro is the only aluminum company included in the DJSI World Index which includes 10 percent of the best performers in each industry.
Hydro received top marks for its reporting on:

· biodiversity
· climate strategy
Important benchmark tool

Hydro has been included in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes every year since launching in 1999.
