Our ability to manufacture at multiple locations can ensure a reliable supply with lower transportation costs.

Aluminum extrusions are the material of choice for PV applications because they are lightweight and offer high strength-to-weight ratios. This is critical for rooftop installations. They are particularly well suited to mounting and tracking systems. Aluminum is also durable, showing virtually no corrosion even after long-term exposure to weather and pollution.

Extrusions are manufactured to exacting tolerances, ensuring weather-tight seals that extend the life of the PV module. And aluminum is easily machined for precise alignment of connector slots or holes, as well as vents and drain ports. Variations of just +/- 1/64" over 30 feet of extruded aluminum are easily achieved, providing consistency from piece to piece.
