In terms of performance, they must ensure maximum heat transfer while keeping size to a minimum. Furthermore, evaporators must be of an extremely high quality, providing trouble-free  performance throughout its service life at low manufacturing costs.

The evaporator absorbs the heat from the air, warming up the refrigerant which evaporates to gas and is then lead to the compressor. The refrigerant is circulating through with a low-pressure range.

Our tubes’ smooth inner and outer surfaces, ultra tight tolerances and excellent workability as well as carefully customized mechanical properties, simplify operations and improve cost effectiveness in automotive applications.

Multi-port extrusions offer favorable inside-to-outside area ratio, which makes these extrusions ideal for heat exchangers with high performance requirements.
