Health and Safety

The staff at HAP are our most important resource. We actively strive to create a healthy and safe working environment. Measurements are regularly carried out that form the basis for statistics to monitor the developments in accidents, injuries and sick leave.

A complete ecological view

Our business is based on taking a total ecological view that stretches from the mining of bauxite to recycling. This characterises the whole production chain within Hydro Aluminium and involves taking responsibility for careful extraction of raw materials, reduced emissions and making energy consumption more efficient.
