The new material, Reboard,  is a sandwich material consisting of laminates of upright corrugated cardboard with a carton outer facing. What is unique about this board is that it is totally damp resistant and physically very stable. Reboard has a wide range of applications. Everything is customised – there is no such thing as a standard product. Shop fittings and exhibition material are the main business areas. At present the company is developing a prefabricated and easily assembled building made of paper for emergency and rescue assignments.

Virtually all the products are delivered flat packed ready for quick and easy assembly. Aluminium extrusions are one of the most important materials and are used for the edges and framework.The extrusions were developed in close cooperation with Hydro Aluminium Profiler with the aim to find a balance between an attractive design, built in functions and the greatest strength. The extrusions provide an elegant frame for the board, protecting its edges and providing strong joints and stability. The extrusions are designed for rapid assembly and dismantling. The system includes some ten extrusions and the range is continually being expanded.
