Hydro Aluminium Profiler´s units in Raufoss and Vetlanda are not to be included in the new organization but will remain as an independent company. The process to divest these businesses is well under way and is planned to be completed before the end of this year.

HAP:s Magnor-unit will be transferred to the new JV-organization under the name Sapa Magnor, while the units in Raufoss and Vetlanda will remain within Hydro Aluminium Profiler.

During a 3 months transition period the HAP sales and customer support organization will remain the same with the usual contact routines and contact persons until a new organization is formed beginning on December 2 nd.
