Therefore, we want to keep and attract emploees with with the right professional qualifications and personal qualities, and ensure a high degree of competence in the company through training and education.

We want to create stable, challenging, and developing jobs for all employees, and work actively for a good working environment and a company culture that is based on our set of values.

Personnel management is a line responsibility, which is part of the daily work in the same way as other activities.

During annual interviews with employees and frequent department meetings we coordinate the expectations and need for education and training for the company, the section leaders, and the employee.

We wish to encourage the employees' job satisfaction by information in due time and by enabling further training and development of competence. Activities that promote the team spirit in the company and social activites in the spare time are a natural part of our involvement in the well-being of our employees.

We take our social responsibility seriously, and after individual assessment we plan actions to help the employees that may need this.

We profile ourselves towards the local region and relevant institutions of education by means of information material and events.
