Saga Petroleum Holding AS is a holding company with assets in international oil and gas activities, and is the parent company of Saga Petroleum Transport and Trading AS (100% ownership).
The former subsidiaries, Saga Industrier AS and Saga Petroleum Eiendom AS, merged with the holding company in 2004.
Saga Petroleum Holding has a 10 percent stake in the property company Vikan Eiendom AS.
