I Grevenbroich har Hydro flere virksomheter for valsede produkter, med til sammen om lag 1.800 medarbeidere. Den totale produksjonskapasiteten på 440.000 tonn i året omfatter aluminiumfolie og litografiske produkter, aluminiumbånd, lakkeringslinje for bokslokk og produkter til automotive- og bygningsbransjen.
I tillegg driver Hydro virksomheter for høyrent aluminium nærmest vegg-i-vegg, der det støpes spesiallegerte barrer for elektronikkindustrien. Anlegget ble etablert i 1922.

The Accounting Competence Center (ACC) Germany was established in 2000 to offer complete accounting and reporting services to the German plants of the Hydro group. These cover all mass, routine and daily work as well as the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end closings.
The ACC is located in Frimmersdorf, close to the Grevenbroich and Neuss plants.
