Hydro aluminium tubes for solar applications
Apart from offering significant cost and weight savings, Hydro's aluminium products offer new absorber designs such as the MPE absorber. This absorber produces more than 8% more heat compared to an absorber of traditional design. For this development, Hydro was, together with Savo Solar, awarded the 2011 Intersolar Award.
