We are committed to building a culture of trust where employees are comfortable to ask questions, seek guidance, raise concerns, and report suspected violations. There are various contact points available, of which reporting through Hydro’s AlertLine is one.
The AlertLine is operated by an independent third-party provider, under confidentiality. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year to receive your concerns.
One may choose to report concerns anonymously by using the AlertLine, unless otherwise prohibited by local law. It also offers interpreter services in numerous languages.
AlertLine specialists promptly forward concerns to Hydro’s Internal Audit Corporate Department for appropriate action and response.
