Sílvio Porto held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Bauxite & amp; Alumina. He joined Hydro in 2014, & nbsp; as director of the Hydro Paragominas bauxite mine.

Porto has over 30 years of experience in the aluminum industry, having held leadership positions in the bauxite mining area, alumina refinery and in aluminum factories.

Porto will replace the Bauxite & amp; Alumina, Eivind Kallevik, who returns to his duties as a full-time corporate finance director.
